After years of decline, this area is developing quickly with new eateries constantly popping up all the way to Miramar Historic District. It includes the neighborhoods of Miramar, Loíza, Isla Grande, Barrio Obrero, and Condado, which are cultural hot spots for art, music, cuisine, fashion, hotels, technology, multimedia, film, textile and startups. There are so many things to do in Santurce, Puerto Rico ... from art to restaurants to nightlife and more! There isn't a whole lot to do here per se, but Miramar is worth a trip if you're exploring nearby Calle Cerra or if you love vintage architecture.
